The Sagrada Familia

Never has a building or space moved me in such a way. When I first walked through the doors into the immense cathedral, I did not hear angels, I didn’t see God personified and I didn’t feel light pouring down from heaven. It was actually much more powerful than that.

We started with 3 soups, a fish/seafood, mushroom and beef with noodle. All were beautifully presented and delicious. The main courses of sea bass and veal cheeks were recommended and likewise, tasty and beautifully presented.

This place defines hidden gem and off the beaten path! A few turns up a hillside, this cozy family restaurant is worth the trip.

For visitors, biking in Paris is not for the faint of heart. Riding down the edge of a narrow side road or a busy boulevard with cars zooming by (sometimes only a couple feet away from hitting you) is no easy feat. But it sure is fun.
